Melissa Snively

Barbara has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is a senior team member and leads our agency's efforts State Farm products and services. Barbara and her husband have three daughters, and they enjoy the outdoors, as well as playing with the family rescue poodle, Lucky.

David has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He handles office operational duties and also manages the office finances. Before joining our office team, he worked in State Farm Claims for 15 years and has extensive knowledge of the State Farm claim process to assist our customers in their time of need. David has a Bachelor's of Science in Business from the University of Florida.

Randi has several years of experience in the insurance industry. She writes personal and commercial property and casualty policies, as well as life and health coverage. Randi has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands. She and her husband have two children, and she enjoys spending her free time traveling with her family, driving her jeep, and visiting the beach.

Siena has over 15 years of insurance experience. She assists State Farm customers with personal and commercial property needs, as well and life and health insurance. Siena and her husband have two grown children, and they enjoy watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family.

Yari is fluent in Spanish and has several years of experience in the insurance industry. She helps State Farm customers with servicing personal lines property and casualty insurance policies. Yari has two children, and she enjoys spending weekends with their large family.

Amy joins our agency with a Bachelor of Science from Radford University, with several years of experience in education. She assists State Farm customers policy changes and service transactions. Amy and her husband have two children and enjoy traveling.

I am a busy mama of two teen daughters and 3 dogs! I enjoy travelling, kayaking, attending concerts and festivals, & I enjoy hanging with the ones I love the most. I am a bit of a free spirit and love creative thinking. I have been in this industry for over 3 years, starting as a licensed producer and then switching to the corporate side at the end of 2023. I absolutely love what I do because my days never look the same! Most people run from chaos, but I think I gravitate toward it a bit!
